# Staff

Este grupo de moderación será el encargado de brindarte a ti jugador la mayor comodidad en nuestro servidor. Procura apoyarte en nosotros para cualquier duda, soporte, etc. A continuación te brindaremos información para poder comunicarte con nosotros cuando lo desees. Estamos para ayudarte.

* <mark style="color:red;">**/helpop:**</mark> Usa este comando en nuestro servidor de minecraft, el staff conectado te ayudará de forma inmediata.

Procura usar estas vías de comunicación. Recuerda no pedir ayuda o asesoría de manera privada, intenta no irrumpir con la tranquilidad del staff de manera interna. Este tipo de hostigamiento personal a cualquier staff también es sancionable ¡Cuidado!

* Tener o ser mayor de 17 años.&#x20;
* Un buen historial en nuestro server (ningún baneo en Minecraft y Discord, y no más de un mute).&#x20;
* Ser maduro y responsable.&#x20;
* Tener un micro con el cual comunicarse.&#x20;
* Recomendamos ser de PC o tener un buen dispositivo.&#x20;
* Saber trabajar en equipo.&#x20;
* Ser parte de la comunidad del Cofre de Val desde hace 4 meses o más.&#x20;
* Tener disponibilidad horaria de tarde o de noche, durante la mayor parte de la semana.&#x20;

Es de suma importancia los requisitos que hemos establecido para ser parte del equipo de moderación. Ser parte del Staff es voluntario, por el cual este cargo debe ser tomado con responsabilidad y seriedad.

> Si tu postulación ha sido aceptada, recibirás un mensaje por parte de la Staff explicándote los siguientes pasos a seguir.&#x20;
>
> Estos pasos consistirán en citarte para una "**entrevista oral"** en la que se realizarán una serie de preguntas extras para el puesto.
>
> Una vez realizada la entrevista será el momento de esperar a la decisión final por parte de los Dueños y Encargados de Staff.&#x20;

>
